If you maintain local ebuilds, either homebrew or downloaded from Gentoo Bugzilla, you should consider this idea.

Window Selector is a GNOME Panel applet; by default, it is displayed on the right edge of the top panel. It’s that icon where we can click to switch between windows by selecting them in a menu, as in the illustration.
