Ilya: Thank you! If I can fetch and upload vcards, I can sync the phonebooks.

Pawel: It seems that you should have a report soon!

Most modern devices will support SyncML over Bluetooth at the very least. You can try your luck with OpenSync, though back when I used it, it was rather flaky.

At the very least, you should be able to grab the phonebook and stuff with simple ObexFTP GETs.: http://dev.zuckschwerdt.org/openobex/wiki/ObexFtpServices

Oh well. My quick googling indicated that it's 3rd edition. If it's 5th, then I don't really know. I don't think we have report from anyone using 5th edition yet (neither working nor non-working).

Pawel, Forum Nokia says Nokia 2660 uses Series 40 5th edition, not 3rd. I checked the Series 40 device list, and none of them is listed in Gnokii's Getting Started. The phones I listed are in the third page of the device list.

If you are still confident it works with Gnokii, I can buy it and see what happens :)

Thanks, Pawel!

When I said "officially", I meant by the free software projects, not by Nokia. I'm aware that Nokia doesn't support gnockii at all.

Speaking for gnokii, there's no such thing as "oficially supported phones by gnokii". gnokii FAQ says:
You can assume that your phone is supported, however there are rare cases that you will get very limited functionality with gnokii.
Nokia 2660 (other probably too) is series40 3rd ed phone, so that should work just fine with gnokii.

For synchronization functionalities you should refer to opensync project. You will be able to use both: gnokii plugin and syncml plugin as this phone (or series40 3rd edition in general) are SyncML capable.
